This unique place has a style all its own. Only 10 minutes from Cambridge city centre. The perfect space to entertain or spend quality family time in a luxurious setting. Can host 12 guests in the main house ands 2 guests in the annex.

Bus stop directly outside which goes into cambridge city centre.

The space
A unique house providing high end spaces for entertaining . Guests have access to this large 4 bedroom house that sleeps 12 people. There is a sofa bed in the dining room.
There is an annex ( the barn ) which can sleep 2 people. so a total of 14 guests. The barn will be included if there is 14 guests attending.
The barn has a queen size bed, its own bathroom and fully functioning Separate kitchen. It also has its own entrance but is connected through the patio and a side gate. please refer to photos .
Forge cottage boasts a large outdoor kitchen with an Argentine asado grill; perfect for bbqs. A gozney pizza dome oven for those pizza parties . This is a traditional wood fire pizza oven ( logs provided)
A fully functioning sink and running water and electricity.
A bespoke luxury seating area with fire pit and an outdoor dining table.
Forge cottage offers an open fire in the living area , speakers throughout the house and an ever hot oven in the kitchen.
A stunning wood fired hot tub is included. This can hold up to 6 guests at a time. This is perfect not only in the summer months but also when its colder.
All bedding is from the white company.
The house also boasts an outdoor gym area aswell as a shuffle board inside . Perfect for entertaining .

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property and the annex. Please note that the annex will only be included if there are 14 guests.
Other things to note
Once dates have been reserved a deposit of £500 will need to be paid before the booking is confirmed.
We will contact you after the booking via email with instruction of how to make payment. This payment is fully refundable after check out if there has been no damage to the property and items not taken.
There is fully functioning cctv outside the property and at the door for security purposes.
