- The use of the hot tub incurs an extra daily fee of $30, which must be paid for the entire duration of your stay. We operate the hot tub remotely and will activate it upon your request. Please refrain from adjusting the controls, as any tampering will result in a $250 charge for our technician to service it.
- No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily. This is STRICTLY enforced. A minimum $500 fee will be charged if this rule is broken.
- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products
- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.
- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.
- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
- 1.5 X rate additional charged for deep cleans will be added to stays over 3 weeks.
