The space
Hallway
Step into a spacious, carpeted hallway featuring a large cupboard for coats and also containing an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Double doors lead into the expansive lounge, creating a seamless flow throughout the property.
Lounge/diner
Bathed in natural light, the lounge/diner offers an airy retreat. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of both the front and back gardens.
A large eight-seater dining table sits beneath a window overlooking the front garden, while a reclining corner sofa invites relaxation. Entertainment is taken care of with a 50” Smart TV, which you are welcome to use along with the complimentary WiFi to sign in to your favourite streaming platform.
The living area is complemented by a secondary seating area with armchairs and a small table. Overall, the lounge/diner is the perfect space to unwind and entertain, with plenty of space for everyone.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen features tiled flooring, white cabinets and sleek dark countertops. There is abundant storage space, a full-size fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a convenient washing machine and tumble dryer.
A large window overlooks the back garden, and a door leads seamlessly to the expansive outdoor space.

Heathside Retreat boasts a wraparound garden, predominantly laid to lawn for a serene ambiance. Tall trees behind the fencing create a private haven. Some areas feature hard standing with a bistro table and a four-seater dining table, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
Master & ensuite
The master bedroom exudes luxury with a grey upholstered super king-size bed.
Windows overlook the rear garden, while built-in wardrobes, a vanity unit with a mirror, and bedside tables offer ample storage.
The ensuite is a generously proportioned sanctuary with floor-to-ceiling tiles in a timeless black and white design. Equipped with both a bath and a walk-in power shower, the ensuite also features a WC, basin, wall-mounted mirror, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedrooms 2 & 3
Bedroom 2 features a grey upholstered king-size bed, mirrored wardrobes, and a front garden view. Bedroom 3 offers a king-size bed, mirrored wardrobes, and large windows overlooking the rear garden.
