Cosy 4 bedroom home close to Shoreham’s Honeysuckle beach (approx 15 min walk) and Mornington Peninsula wineries (approx 1-2 min drive). Back garden with BBQ & outdoor eating area. Back gate opens into the small reserve with a recently upgraded children's playground .

Kitchen fully equipped with full size fridge with freezer, coffee machine, oven & dishwasher
Flat screen 65 inch TV with Netflix & Wi-Fi provided.
Bathroom – with double shower and a separate toilet. Hair dryer, soap & shampoo.

Separate laundry - with washing machine, dryer ironing board, and detergent provided.

Close to wineries, walking distance to beach, quiet neighborhood

Don't be surprised to see a bunny or two running through the property. While sitting outside enjoying the peace and quiet, enjoy the colourful parrots and cockatoos sitting in the trees each day.
The home is an approx 2 minute drive to Pier 10 winery/restaurant and the beautiful Ashcombe Lavender Maze. A 4 min drive to the well known Red Hill winery restaurant, Max's and Point Leo Estate. Few minute drive is the Merricks General Store with beautiful food and wines with in or outside dining. Great places for breakfast and/or lunch all nearby.
The Mornington Peninsula is abundant with wineries and restaurants! Just a short drive or alternatively a booking with any one of the local winery tour guides.
The home itself has a TV in the master & queen bedroom room and a large 65 inch TV in the main /lounge family room. The dining room table seats at least 8 people.
The pool is a salt chlorinated pool and down the sideway a warm outside shower to get all the sand off after visiting the beach before entering the home.
Linen and Doonas are provided with some extra pillows if needed.

1 x Large 65 inch TV, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair dryer, Outdoor shower, Fenced Yard, Wood Heater, Reverse cycle air conditioner x 2, Electric stove & Gas Stove top (New in October 2019), Microwave, Gas BBQ, Nespresso Coffee machine. Children's playground through back gate from property, Car spaces in front of gate and through front gate and under shade sail . Also some car space off road on the front nature strip.
Please advise if you need to purchase extra wood.

Q: What are the Council rules?
(These rules in regards to noise are for all holiday rentals, set by council)
No Noise after 11pm, no use of pool after 11pm.
No neighbor disturbance after 11pm.
If neighbors complain and there is a call out from the council there is an attendance fee of $500 which is set by the council and payable by the guests.
Q: How long does it take to get my security deposit back?
A: The security deposit is usually deposited back within 7 days of your departure.
Q: Can we check in early?
A: This can be negotiated with host before arrival.
Q: Can we have a late check out?
A: If we have a booking for the same day, we need to prepare the property for the next guests. We will arrange a later checkout, wherever possible. Late checkouts may incur additional fees as they can make the property unavailable for prospective guests.
Q: Where do I pick up the keys for our accommodation?
A: Keys are available in a key locked box with the code supplied a few days before arrival.
Q: Is linen provided?
A: Doonas and covers, pillows and pillow slips, fitted/flat sheets and towels, of course, you’re welcome to bring your own pillow, rug, or teddy bear.
Q: How do we get there?
A: Coming from Melbourne you can take either the Monash freeway, then Eastlink and finally the M11 Peninsula link
Q: Do we have to clean up?
A: We understand that this is your time away to relax and enjoy yourselves, for this reason we arrange a cleaner to clean (vac, mop, dust) the main areas and change bed linen after your stay. In saying this, we expect the property to be left in a neat and tidy level of cleanliness on your departure. All used towels to be left on the floor of the bathroom in a neat pile.
Q: Can i adjust the pool equipment?
A: Guests are advised NOT to change temperature control, lighting or tamper with controls, otherwise there could be additional charges if pool man is called out.
Q: Bins
A: Please put the bins out on Sunday or before 10am Monday.
Q: If my property has an open fire is firewood provided?
A: During the winter season from May 1st through to November 30th You are provided with some firewood to kick you off, should firewood be needed after this or not provided during the other months it can be purchased from one of several places locally. Firewood for outside of these dates can be provided on request at a cost negotiated.
Q: How do we book spa treatments, dinner, or other special treats?
A: We’re happy to assist you with booking massages, dinner, and even special treats such as flowers, a bottle of bubbly or a local drop of red or white wine. We can also supply you with a list of therapies and relaxation services available in the region. Let us know what you want, and we’ll book them for you! There is no extra charge for us to book this service.
