Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of any closets/doors marked with private signs, as these areas are designated for our housekeeping supplies.

*Outdoor wood-burning fire pit usage is NOT ALLOWED during May to November, as per county restricted burn bans. It is strictly prohibited. Please comply with this rule to ensure safety and prevent fire hazards. Note that the regulations may be subject to change based on local ordinances.
*The Wi-Fi speed available for our location is 12 Mbps, the highest speed option at the moment. We are looking forward to the possibility of better internet services becoming available in our area, ensuring an enhanced experience for our guests in the future. Your comfort and convenience remain our utmost concern!
*Due to our natural well water source with limited tank capacity, it's important to use water wisely. Allowing the well tank time to replenish between uses ensures a sufficient water supply for everyone's needs. Please also keep in mind that the water may carry a slight earthy scent due to its natural origin.
*No Parties/events: we ask that you treat our home as your own and refrain from hosting any parties or events. This helps us preserve the property's pristine condition for future guests and your own return visits.
*No Fireworks, firearms: for safety reasons, fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property.
*There are 3 EXTERNAL ONLY security cameras on the premises and they face the entrance points of the home.
