Is a delightful, airy, 40-square meters studio vacation apartment for 2 persons. It is on the first floor of an old villa built into the cliff itself.
From the large furnishedterraceyou can admire a wonderful view of the village of Atrani all the way out to sea, while topping up your suntan on the sun beds, or gaze up at the stars while enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner.
Is part of a small residential complex consisting of a villa and three annexes, set on terraced land cultivated with olives, lemons, apricots and typical Mediterranean vegetation.
The main roomhas a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with table and chairs.
The kitchenis separate and equipped with a four-burner stove, oven and refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster.
The bathroomhas a shower cubicle, washbasin, hair dryer, WC, etc...
The swimming poolbuilt on its own terrace has good furnishing sun umbrellas and deckchairs. Lying around the pool, you will be able to enjoy a rich and strikingly unique panorama.
Pool size : 13,50 m. per 4,50 m. - max. depth 1,45 m. - min. depth 1,25 m.
S. Pool open from the 01st of May to the 15th of August, from 11,00 a.m. to 6,00 p.m. and from the 16th of August to the 31st of October, from 11,00 a.m. to 5,00 p.m. The pool, the garden and the laundry room are shared with other guests.Please noteeach apartment will be allowed 2 sun loungers and 1 beach umbrella by the pool.
From the front gate of the Complex there is a narrow winding road down to the designated car park and 6 steps approx. (outdoor) to theapartment, from car park there are 28 steps approx. to the s. pool.

**ARRIVAL TIME**Strictly between 03:00 p.m. & 08:00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
Should you be delayed on arrival day, please telephone your local agent and let them know expected arrival time.
**IMPORTANT **If we are not aware of your late arrival, please remember there will be no one to check you into your property which means that you will have to find a hotel for the night & contact your key holder/Agent the following morning.
If we have been informed of your late arrival, our staff will be waiting for you to arrive between 08:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. (No check-in allowed after midnight).
For this service there is a charge which must be paid in cash upon arrival together with the Breakage Deposit, City Tax and any local supplements.
Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Please note:In order to preserve the quiet of the area and not disturb other guests check in or check out times between 24:00 HRS / midnight and 04:30 HRS are not allowed at this property.
NOTES
For those who have difficulty in walking or with steps, we do recommend a car while staying at this property and because of the narrow road, minibuses are not recommended.
Access to the complex is allowed only for registered guests.

Location
Apartment is perched above the village ofAtraniand just belowRavello, in the middle of theAmalfi Coast.
This refurbished Villa/Residence overlooks the fishing village of Atrani and its beach. A ten-minute drive (4 Km.) takes you to the town of Ravello or the nearest shopping area if driving.
From the front gate of the Complex there are about 300 meters of narrow winding road down to the parking area, surrounded by lemon and olive terraces.
The Sita bus stop(bus line Amalfi /Ravello approx every 20 minutes) is situated at 300 m. from the Residence entrance gate.
In alternative from apartment there is access to the ancient trail connecting Ravello to Atrani. About 300/400 steps down to reach Atrani lovely little square surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants with outdoor seatingand to the beach front. Once in Atrani it is possible to walk to Amalfi in 10 minutes.
Tips: Usually guests walk down to Atrani / Amalfi and then catch the bus back to the property.
The main bus terminal is Amalfi, where all the buses arrive and depart from here, connecting with Positano, Sorrento, Ravello, Salerno, Naples.
From the docks in Amalfi you will also be able to board ferries and hydrofoils to Positano, Capri, Salerno orSorrento Coastand Naples, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
If you are fond of archaeology, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum are easily within reach, between 1 to 2 hours driving distance.
How to get there
There are several ways to get to Atrani Amalfi Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Salerno Train station either by renting a car or by public transport,but it can be a little complicated for first time visitors. Knowing the options and making your travel plans in advance will start your trip to Amalfi Coast off on the right foot.
The property is located 27 km (16 miles) West of Salerno and 60 km (37 miles) South-East of Naples.
From Naples Capodichino Airport to Atraniapartment it's about a 90 minutes drive.
If choosing to arrive by Public transport it would depend on your arrival time at the airport/train station. See which option (Bus or Ferry) will suit you best.
The easiest (and least stressful!) way to reach any destination on the Amalfi Coast from Naples airport or train station is to hire a taxi for a private transfer. While it might seem an extravagant expense, the advantages far outweigh the cost.
Since public transportation on the Amalfi Coast is easy to use and affordable and parking is expensive and very limited, renting a car is not recommended in general.
Please note: Our limousines and minivans will only drive you to the main gate of the complex, from there to your apartment, you will need to walk down between 100 m. and 300 m.
Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Buses operate year-around connecting Ravello to Amalfi, where are buses to all the Amalfi Coast villages and Sorrento area. Ferries (from May to October) operate a service between Amalfi - Positano - Sorrento - Capri Island - Naples and Salerno.
