Sleeping up to 4 guests, 19 Garswood boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is also dog friendly so your four legged friend is also welcome!
The Space:
19 Garswood boasts a perfect combination of blue and green interiors, complemented by wooden furniture, to provide a luxury experience for guests. Refurbished to a high standard, you can expect stunning interiors throughout.
The living area is beautifully decorated with blue-green feature walls, a leather sofa and chairs, and chandelier lights. Watch your favourite shows or stream your favourite apps on the large Smart TV which has access to Sky channels.
The kitchen gives a tranquil vibe with its blue cupboards and wood design. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cookware, kettle, hob and oven, you can whip up a hearty meal from your home away from home!
The dining area features a wooden table and green velvet chairs. Patio doors head out to the outdoor area where the group can enjoy the carnival lights and a log burner.
As you walk up the first floor, you will captivated by the beautiful red brick and wooden wall design. Located to your right is the bathroom fitted with a WC, a wash basin, and a shower.
The master bedroom has two windows with views of the neighbourhood. Boasting a beautiful blue feature wall, a king-size bed and a white wardrobe, this space is perfect for two.
The first room is fitted with a double bed sleeping two guests - with a white interior and beautiful frame decors.
An additional bed is provided in the living area through our sofa bed.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at 19 Garswood per reservation.
Other Things to Note:
• The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the property's address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The Neighborhood:
If you wish to explore a great variety of restaurants and independent shops, Lark Lane is only 6 minutes drive away! Once there, try the following local favourites - The Tea House for an afternoon tea experience, Chilli Banana for Thai Food or Gelato for their authentic Italian ice cream. It's also known for flea markets and pop cafes at The Old Police Station and crafts at Arts 47.
Sefton Park and Princes Park are 5-7 minutes drive away.
Need to buy groceries and essentials for your Trip? Tesco Extra is only 12 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away with regular buses travelling into the city centre.
If you wish to use the rail system, St Michaels and Brunswick Stations are only 5 minutes drive or less than 20 minutes walk away.
Taxis and Uber are also easily available and a comfortable ride to the city centre.
