WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Unlock the gate to access the driveway and parking for this property. There is room for one car in the driveway but there is plenty of free street parking. Walking into the home you will enter into the main living, dining and kitchen area. This area looks out onto the ocean, Aireys Inlet and Anglesea Heath. There is an indoor fireplace and a split system in this area to help keep you warm or cool depending on what time of year you visit. The dining table in this area seats 6 people. There are some board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy during your stay, located in the shelving unit. Heading out the sliding doors onto the front deck, there are a couple of chairs out there for you to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon choice of drink to watch the sun set and if you're lucky you might spot a couple of kangaroos!
The kitchen is practical and has good functioning appliances. Added bonus, the cook top is gas so enjoy cooking over the open flame for your friends or family. There are two bar stools that sit up to the kitchen bench, which is a great space for the kiddies to have some breakfast. From this main living area you then can access the two bedrooms and bathroom/laundry.
The bathroom and laundry is combined in this home. There is a toilet, shower and washing machine in this room. There is also a hair dryer and other consumables ready for using.
Bedroom 1 is located on the left when walking down the small corridor. This bedroom is spacious and has great BIR for you to unpack into.
Bedroom 2 is on the right at the end of the corridor. This bedroom also has a BIR for you to unpack into, but also has a small desk for you if anyone has homework, study or work to do. This bedroom also has a small portable heater in it.
Outside the property is enclosed by fences and a front gate. Around the side of the property, you will find a secluded small area of the garden. There is a table and some chairs and also an outdoor shower to have a rinse under after a beach visit.

Enjoy the nearby family friendly activities such as the numerous playgrounds around town, Jumpz Anglesea, Go Ride-A-Wave for a surf lesson, or go hire a paddle boat or canoe and cruise around Anglesea River for the afternoon.
