Welcome to this fantastic terraced house located in a beautiful residential complex with shared pool in Puerto de Alcudia. It can accommodate 6 guests.
The beach is only 1 km away from this wonderful house. You can enjoy your breakfast in the early morning under the beautiful pergola of the terrace and then head to the shared chlorine pool and swim. It sizes 12 x 6 metres and the water depth goes from 0.92 to 1.48 metres. There is an exterior shower here where you can wash the sand and the salt off. There also are 4 shared sun loungers in case you want to bask in the sun for a while. The terrace is private and offers a mobile barbecue where you can cook your meals and enjoy them alfresco.The accommodation comprises two floors. On the main one you will find the air-conditioned living-dining room which is equipped with TV-sat and some books. The kitchen offers a ceramic top and all you need to cook comfortably. The washer, iron and ironing board also are right here. There also is a shower bathroom. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with a tub and the 3 bedrooms, all of them with two twin beds, AC and a closet, and 2 of them with access to a balcony. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.This house is ideal for beach an sea lovers, as it is located only 1 km away from the fine sandy beach. The beach is lovely for families with children, as the waves are moderate and there are services like restaurants and bars nearby. Very close there are supermarkets and shops. There is a golf course near the sea in Alcanada where you will also find a cosy pebbled beach.Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Surroundings
