Nestled on beautiful Lake Talquin, this modern home features private and luxe lakeside living! When you aren't swimming, sunbathing, boating, or fishing, take a quick drive to the nearby FSU stadium to catch a game, or take a hike at one of the area's numerous parks.
Stepping inside the entryway of your stay, you will immediately be greeted by custom-carved wood stairs, charming wood flooring, and an effortless open-floor layout. The well-appointed kitchen gleams with its marble countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The chef of your family will have no issues whipping up delicious dishes here - and when it's time to eat, dine at the adjacent formal dining table, at the breakfast bar, or on the screened-in porch.
Moving into the comfortable living room, notice the ample, plush seating and the large TV. An en suite bedroom is located right off the living room and offers dazzling lake views, and one additional en suite bedroom can be accessed right off the kitchen. Downstairs, discover a private washer/dryer, and upstairs find an additional spacious en suite bedroom.
