Located in a residential area of western Nice, a few minutes' walk from the Promenade des Anglais, this 70 m² apartment offers a comfortable and practical living space, ideal for holidays or an extended stay in Nice.
This beautiful furnished apartment has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in a quiet building and benefits from a private garden, which is rare in an urban setting.
YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of numerous shops and services. The Carrefour City (106 California Avenue) is only 400 metres away, while the Fabron tram stop is accessible in 5 minutes on foot (450 m), allowing you to reach the city centre in just a few stops. You will also be 500 metres from Les Canailles beach, 650 m from Indochina Park, 800 m from Lenval Hospital, and approximately 4 km from strategic locations such as Place Masséna, Saint-Augustin station, Grand Arénas bus station, or Nice Côte d'Azur airport. For nature lovers, Vaugrenier Natural Park is 13 km away and the Isola 2000 ski slopes are approximately 85 km away.
STAY
The living room, bright and spacious, opens directly onto a tree-lined garden. You will find a relaxation area with television, sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month
It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
