After getting off the nearby highway and driving though the calm and family-friendly neighborhoods of Summit View Woods and Worthington Woods, you’ll arrive at this two-story home with easy parking on the street, in the driveway, or in the attached garage. Enter through the front door into a cozy and bright living room with a large sectional sofa and smart TV. Through the living room you’ll find a spacious and updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a charming dining area, and a backdoor that leads to the fenced-in yard with a patio and outdoor dining area. Back inside, there is a convenient first-floor powder room, coat closet, and door to the garage.
Down the stairs to the basement, you’ll find the laundry room as well as a quiet and secluded office that’s perfect for working from home without the distractions of home. Settle into the comfy desk chair and spread out your work on the large desk, then take a break on the cushy chair nestled in the corner. The WiFi equipment is conveniently placed in the office for a strong signal and an easy option for an ethernet connection.
Back up the stairs to the second floor, there are three pleasant bedrooms, each with soft beds and dressers and closets for ample clothing storage. Whether you choose the bedroom with the king-sized bed and walk-in closet, the bedroom with the king-size bed and smart TV, or the bedroom with the queen-size bed and work space, you’ll have a restful sleep thanks to the quiet location, blackout curtains, and plush blankets and pillows. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom off the hall with modern décor and a large glass-door shower.
Summit Stay is a great place to call home during your time in Powell. Eat, sleep, work, and hangout at homebase, then explore the unique parks, shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short drive away.
Please note that this home is one side of a duplex, with only the driveway shared with the other unit. Each side has their own attached garages, front entrances, and fenced backyards. None of the living spaces are shared with the adjoining unit.

- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet. Dogs must be crated when home alone.
- No Parties. This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for the safety of all parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking in the property. This home is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
