As you make your way down the hallway, you’ll discover four generously sized bedrooms, each comfortably accommodating two guests.
There are two well-appointed bathrooms—an ensuite in the master bedroom and a main bathroom, both featuring showers, with a luxurious bathtub available for your enjoyment.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is light-filled and modern, fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless cooking experience.
For added comfort, there’s a second living area where you can unwind and relax.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. We hope you enjoy your stay.
GUEST ACCESS
The home could comfortably sleep 8 guests:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed - Sleeps 2 guests
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 guests
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 guests
Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen bed - Sleeps 2 guests
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
Read and accept our terms and conditions—the Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rule applies.
You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
