Stay above amazing bakeries, coffee shops, dining from all over the world, and shop where Cincy's chefs buy their ingredients. Just steps away from a streetcar that can take you to breweries, shows, the Reds, Bengals, FC, museums, parks, and anything else you want to explore.
This 1-bedroom studio is a cozy, urban refuge.
Exposed brick walls, lofty ceilings, and tasteful furnishings create a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for small gatherings with friends and family. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, catering to both culinary enthusiasts and those who prefer dining out.
Rest easy in the bedroom designed for your comfort with a queen-sized bed, a desk if you need to work, and some storage space. The bathroom has laundry, a bath/shower combo, and complimentary toiletries for anything you might have forgotten. The living room has a sofa bed for an extra spot to sleep if you need it.
We've tried to think of everything to enhance your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. All appliances are brand new.
Outside, you're just steps away from Over-the-Rhine's historic charm. Explore eclectic shops, top-notch dining, and a thriving arts scene. Findlay Market is RIGHT underneath you with its fresh produce and artisanal goods. If you're in the mood for culture, downtown Cincinnati and the riverfront are a short walk, street car, or bike ride away.
Note: The Market House has two units in the same building, so if you need extra space for friends, check availability for our other 2-bedroom unit right across the hall called "Best View of the Market."
You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. You'll take one flight of stairs to your unit and enjoy total privacy from there.
If you like to meet and chat, our kids would love to show you around and offer the bonus hospitality services they've come up with (ha!). But if you prefer your privacy, no pressure to interact at all. Just know we're always accessible through the app to assist with parking advice, how to navigate the city, or anything you can't find or figure out. :)
Right in the heart of Cincinnati's historic Over-the-Rhine district, our delightful 2-bedroom Airbnb is in the very center of what Newsweek named one of the “Top 10 Food Markets in the World.” This charming urban escape puts the city’s best food seconds away.
We're also walking distance or a short streetcar ride from Cincinnati's sports, breweries, bars, restaurants, theater, museums, axe-throwing, cooking classes, arcades, amazing parks, and most anything you could be looking to find.
We are walking distance from Findlay Market, Music Hall, Washington Park, the FC stadium, and tons of dining.
There is a free streetcar just steps away from the door that can take you all the way to the river where the Bengals and Reds stadiums, parks, and countless other fun stops can be made along the way.
Street parking, garages, and pay lots are available if you have a car. There are some free parking spots nearby that you can normally catch, and a $10/day lot if you happen to be here at a peak time where you can't grab a free one.
We are located right next to a large parking lot that's great to park at first while you're getting oriented, especially if you have a lot to unload, but it's a bit pricey to stay for long. We are happy to help you navigate parking if you have any trouble.
It's a family-friendly space as our family lives here too, so if the sound of little voices or tiny feet running around will bother you, feel free to choose a different spot. :) (But they sleep from 7-7, so the noise is minimal.)

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------
If you meet the criteria below then Do Not book a reservation without inquiring with us first. If you do, we may refuse service without refund. Obtain our consent first through an inquiry if:
-You are a local resident, unless you have at least 3 reviews with a perfect 5.0 rating from other hosts
-This is a same-day booking and you do not have at least 2 reviews with a perfect 5.0 rating from hosts
-You have any negative reviews
-You intend to bring a pet
You may need to provide a $500 security deposit through Airbnb if you meet any of the above criteria.
We usually respond in 5 minutes or less!
----------Section 2 - Liability and Indemnity ------------
By completing your booking you acknowledge and agree to the following:
"I understand that while children are invited to stay in the property, the property has not been specifically child safety-proofed and is not specifically designed with infants and toddlers in mind. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, even if it is the result of gross negligence. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise."

----------Section 3- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------
We strive to provide a polite request in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.
Be respectful of neighbors and the property, Be responsible, Be honest, and Don't be a jerk. More specifically, see below:
1) If you are placing a same-day reservation, please contact us BEFORE confirming your reservation. If you place the reservation without contacting us then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.
2) You may not invite anybody who is not on the reservation onto the premises. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We have cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor whether too many people are coming and going (e.g a party).
3) If found with more people than listed on the reservation after 9:30pm then your stay may be considered a party, at our sole discretion. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and your deposit may be forfeit, in addition to any damages charges.
4) Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund.
5) Please no food in the bedrooms.
6) We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.
----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------
The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property.
3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $50 per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.
4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it.
5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.
6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
