The Joshua Tree Villa is a desert hilltop paradise located with prime mountain views of the National Park. This stay is focused on bringing together both groups & couples through a quality space, good conversation, and all that Joshua Tree has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, and every room was designed to make your stay fun and memorable.
The space
This home has 3 bedrooms with full closets and mirrors and can accommodate up to 8 guests very comfortably (8 is the county maximum we are allowed). There is a total of 1 King bed, 2 Queen Beds, futon, and a twin folding bed.
Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation out into the hot tub with a private entrance.
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven.
Bedroom 3 - With a Queen bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members.
Note Regarding the Primary Suite: You can enjoy the primary suite in several configurations. The futon beside the King bed can be converted into a sleeping futon. Also within the primary suite is an oversized walk-in closet which has a folding Twin bed set up (with a real mattress). This suite is quite large and great for families while still offering plenty of space.
BATHROOMS
You'll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find 1 walk-in shower, full tub, and shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo and body wash for your group's needs. The half bathroom is at the poolside: bathroom with an outdoor shower.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful plenty of counter space and a gas stove, as well as a gas BBQ grill.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 8 guests! There are also 2 counter seats. The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. There is a second lounge area within the primary bedroom as well with seating.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The house has a fenced-in patio for your use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor chairs, and games. Jump in the hot tub and enjoy the famous Joshua Tree night sky!

Guest access
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your host is just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
* Please park all vehicles in the driveway (not in the street, this is prohibited by the county rules). Plenty of space to park on the property.
Other things to note
* Pool
Hot Tub is free 24/7, it's a large luxury model.
For the pool, an additional fee for covering heating in cooler months may apply, but it's nothing crazy. Just msg us. We've got lots of pool floats in the garage and you can relax and float on the pool.
Although this home is on 5 acres, showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Noise travels in the desert, and county quiet hours are after 10pm.

Caution: There is no fence around the pool and the pool can be accessed from the backyard sliding doors.
* GUESTS
No additional guests are permitted on the property (during the day nor overnight) other than those included in your booking with us. Please contact us for permission.
* NO WOOD FIRES
You may use the propane fire pit, but no other fires can be started.
There is a strict no outside fire policy in the county laws.
