During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire upstairs portion of the home, ensuring your privacy and comfort. Entry by the Main entrance of the house. Please note that the basement suite will be off-limits to guests, as it may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Additionally, please be aware that the two garages on the property are designated for storage purposes and will be off-limits to guests during your stay.

No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home (Only outside). If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.
Pet friendly: We love those furry bundles of joy. Reason why we accommodate a maximum of 1 pet with pet fees to cover proper cleaning after checkout. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. (Violation: $500)
No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
