The home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests making it the perfect setting for family holidays, intimate celebrations, or a lavish hideaway. Whether you’re looking for a short break or long-term rental this property is ideal.
There are 4 bedrooms consisting of a principal suite with super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and dual sinks, 2 further bedrooms and shower rooms with king size beds with fitted wardrobes along with a 4th bedroom that can be set up as a twin or a further king size.
Guests benefit from a large open plan modern kitchen with a 4-seat breakfast bar fitted with oversize Gaggenau appliances including oven, steam combi oven, induction hob, a large fridge, dishwasher, dual temperature wine fridge plus a Quooker which provides instant boiling or cold filtered drinking water.
There is also a second kitchen/utility with a further oven, dishwasher, washer drier and fridge/freezer.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped with new cooking pan sets, utensils and new dining and glassware sets. Guests will find all the kitchen items they would expect from a premium rental including a Nespresso coffee machine, 4-slice Dualit toaster and a 4200XL Magimix Food processor.
With spacious open plan air-conditioned living areas, the property also provides a dedicated leased line with access points through the house to ensure uninterrupted high-speed internet.
