2025 Pacific Palisades Fire Update: The property withstood the recent Malibu fire and remains fully operational. Due to ongoing recovery, daily construction occurs on the building and nearby PCH, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Noise from construction can be heard from the unit, especially on the ocean-facing side, and activity varies day to day. Intermittent power outages may also occur. We are working closely with local homeowners to support the community while ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the tandem carport driveway, ensuring seamless parking off the PCH. No one else will be on the property unless discussed with you beforehand.

While this building remained unaffected by the 2025 Malibu / Palisades fires, please be aware that there is significant devastation in the surrounding area. While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.
Guests should expect ongoing maintenance and recovery work following the 2025 Pacific Palisades fires. Daily construction noise and workers on the building and nearby PCH may be present during standard working hours, and intermittent power outages may occur. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
