Offering full height, floor to ceiling windows, this property was built to showcase the panoramic water views available from almost any point in the home, the floor plan features spacious open plan living areas opening to generous ground floor and third floor decking.

Expansive open plan encompassing kitchen, dining and living room with large gas fireplace and separate media snug. Underfloor heating and MVHR cooling system through-out this property ensures the perfect temperature whatever the weather. Vast wood-floored living and dining areas look out to the lake a view shared by the large premium equipped kitchen. Appliances including Delonghi bean to cup coffee machine, dishwasher, separate large fridge and freezer, wine fridge, Neff steam oven, fan oven & warming drawer. The kitchen also benefits from a zip hydro tap providing instant boiled water & filtered drinking water, a Magimix food processor and Sodastream. The Neff microwave is located within the pantry cupboard. A Neff induction hob with ceiling extractor fan are located in the large central island, everything you need for gourmet living.
Central to the space is a large wooden dining table capable of seating 10, a high chair is provided and a separate spacious wooden breakfast bar with seating for 5. Also located in the dining area is a telescope looking over the lake, which is amazing for the night sky and spotting birds. The dining area spills out onto the expansive decking which is perfect for alfresco dining with a large wooden table, comfy seating area and gas BBQ. Enjoy the lake between April and October with the use of a single kayak, double kayak and three paddle boards which are stored at the side of property (to be used at your own risk. Life jackets in various sizes are also available), then why not finish your day by roasting marshmallows over the firepit on the grass area to the side of the house overlooking the lake.
This then flows to the living room with a large Samsung television located above the fire place. A sumptuous grey sofa and 2 additional swivel chairs make this an ideal area for relaxation. You will find a games table in the main living area which you can rotate to change between three different games, this leads to the cinema snug.
A separate utility benefits from Neff washing machine and tumble dryer, tile flooring, elevated drying rack, boot and coat storage and side door access for after one of the many activities available onsite.
The staircase in the hall leads to the second and third floors. A large tiled family bathroom is straight in front along the spacious landing. Double doors lead to bedroom 1 which is overlooking the lake and decorated to an impressive standard. There is a sumptuous super king size bed, alongside a sofa bed and the added benefit of an open en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is beautifully decorated with a king size bed which gives a feel of pure luxury. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have large built in bunk beds, perfectly designed for children. Each bedroom boasts built-in wardrobes and a spectacular view through floor to ceiling, full room width windows.
A further staircase leads to the third floor, and of all the spacious areas in the home, the wood-floored super king-size master suite is the most spectacular. The bed is positioned for taking in the dazzling water views and luxury en-suite with a bath, large walk in shower unit, toilet and twin vanity basins. The bedroom opens up to a second decking area where established potted trees provide privacy without hindering the view. The master suite is ideal for rest and relaxation.
