The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, air fryer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
For health and fitness, there is a foldable cardio treadmill with incline levels, rowing machine and indoor cycling bike for home use.
This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6/7.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the second bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains a single bed.
There are 3 washrooms:-
The first ensuite washroom has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath.
The third cloakroom has a toilet and sink.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Cuttlery and basic cooking utensils are also provided.
HOUSE RULES are as follows:-
We would like to remind all our Guests of the "House Rules" which have been carefully designed to ensure your safety during your stay and to safeguard you against any further charges after your stay.
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
1) Due to the secure nature of the special locks and keys, if a Guest loses or damages the key, they will be liable to pay for a replacement of the lock and the key. The charges for this replacement including the specialised locking system, replacement and labour is £300.
Callout charge to enter and stay in the House will be £30 before 6pm and £50 after 6pm. This is additional charge on top of the replacement charges mentioned above(£300)
2) Not to use or occupy nor permit the House to be used or occupied for any purpose whatsoever other than as a private residence for family or friends.
3) Not to store petrol or other inflammable material on the demised premises.
4)The roads, footpaths, ways, common areas, and entrances on the premises shall not be obstructed or encumbered with bicycles, prams, boxes or other objects and entrance doors to the House shall be kept closed.
5) No dirt, rubbish, rags or other refuse shall be thrown into the sinks, shower tray waste, lavatories, cisterns or waste or soil pipes in the House.
6) Guests are requested to remove outdoor shoes by the entrance of the house indoor and store them in the hallway inside the shoe cabinets.
7) Free Off Street Car Parking and driveway parking can be used by Guests during the stay only. Any vehicles must NOT travel over or remain on any footpath, grass verge lawn or Garden.
8) BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
9) No washing or clothing shall be hung or placed on the front parts of the premises.Internal radiators must NOT be used for drying clothes.
10) This is a NON SMOKING House. Consumption and possession of Drugs are prohibited on the premises.
11) Bins inside the House to be emptied in Wheelie bins outside the House before checkout and rolled down to the pavement on Mondays weekly (If stay is over a week).
12)All used linen and towels to be kept in the linen basket or bath tub before checkout to protect the environment.
13)Noise and Music must be lowered between 10pm and 8am.
Any Anti Social behaviour within or outside the premises during the period of stay will not be tolerated. Neighbours can exercise their right to call the Police in extreme situations and Guests may have to leave the House in the middle of their stay without being compensated for the remainder of the days not stayed.
14) Any premium channels purchased on TV will have to be paid for after checkout.
15) Any illegal material downloaded will be notified to the relevant authorities.
16) All Cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils used must be washed in the dishwasher, dried and put away in its respective place.
17) No item of linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, or any item of furniture or electronic appliances/ devices should be removed from the House.
18) Late checkout charges will be £30 per hour after 10am.
19) If ChangeOver Team find more people stayed at the House than what was mentioned in the Booking, extra cleaning charges will apply subject to the number of extra hours required to clean @£30 per hour.
20) Pictures of all Photo and Address ID documents needs to be sent securely via Business Whattsapp to the Host immediately after reservation . Hosts reserves the right to request for cancellation if they are uncomfortable with the reservation without giving a reason for cancellation to the Guest.
21) CCTV Camera outside by the entrance door is to deter intruders breaking in and to prevent vandalism of the premises. Under no circumstances should it be blocked /covered.
YOUR CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU ON RECEIVING AN ACCEPTANCE MESSAGE OF THESE HOUSE RULES AND PREAUTHORIZATION OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
