THE SPACE
Yugen Suites offers two queen beds for a peaceful night's rest. Additionally, two floor mattresses are available for guest use, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Each morning, start your day with a cup of coffee or tea in our favorite spot—the balcony, and you might even spot some eagles flying over the mountains after sunrise. It's a moment of true connection with nature before heading out to relax at Pico beach. And after a day at the beach or exploring the resort, retreat to the ensuite shower to wash away the salt and sand. The modern bathroom design complements the condo's overall aesthetics.
• FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Pico de Loro offers a number of restaurant options to order from throughout the day. But if you prefer to eat in, we have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. Best of all, no corkage fees!
• FIBER INTERNET
For the tech-savvy traveler, our unit is equipped with high-speed fiber internet that ensures smooth video calls, seamless streaming, and fast downloads. Whether you're working remotely, streaming your favorite shows, or just browsing the web, you can count on a reliable and speedy connection.
• DEHUMIDIFIER
Being close to the sea, the property tends to have high humidity. So for your safety and comfort, we’ve equipped the unit with a dehumidifier, which our staff will empty once daily at 11am. But if you prefer not to be disturbed, let us know that you can empty the containers on your own. It's really simple. Just ask our staff, and we will show you how.
• COMPLIMENTARY DRINKING WATER
Clean drinking water is provided for our guests. Should you need more, please let us know so we can have our staff deliver more.
• GUEST TOWELS
We provide fresh bath towels for our guests at Yugen Suites. As much as possible, please keep them inside the unit. Pool/beach towels (green & white stripes) are available for guests at the country club and Pico beach.
• CLEANING & LAUNDRY
Our staff do not clean the unit during your stay, but we do offer this service for a fee. We also provide Laundry service. Let us know a day or two in advance and the property manager will coordinate with you.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests entering Pico de Loro will be asked to register at the gate and pay entrance fees on top of the booking rates. This will provide access to the Beach and Country Club swimming pools, as well as indoor and outdoor activities offered. As of November 2023, the rates are as follows:
• LEAN SEASON (Weekdays of January – February & July – November)
Adult: PHP 900
Child (4-12 years old): PHP 400
• PEAK SEASON (Weekends of January – February & July – November; Weekdays of March – June & December; All holidays)
Adult: PHP 1,300
Child (4-12 years old): PHP 500
• HIGH SEASON (Weekends of March – June & December)
Adult: PHP 1,400
Child (4-12 years old): PHP 600
