- a dining room with table and chairs, adjacent to the kitchen, where you can enjoy great dinners together with friends and family;
- a kitchen equipped with a peninsula with induction hob and fully equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher;
- a bathroom with shower.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor of the villa.
The first floor houses the sleeping area, composed as follows:
- two double bedrooms, with an amazing panoramic view of the sea;
- two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds), offering a peaceful view of the lush surrounding garden;
- a bathroom with shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
