Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
The home also includes a half bathroom and additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This townhome offers parking for 1 vehicle in the garage (spaced appropriately next to the golf cart) and 1 in the parking lot, or guests may use 2 total spots in the parking lot. Parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage. 2 spots are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage.
• A golf cart is available for rental at a fee of $100 per night - note this fee IS NOT included in the rate and is charged separately.
