Mulberry House is a Beautiful thatched country property originally built around 1870 it was initially a farm house belonging to John Bird and his family who were prominent farmers in the area it was rebuilt in the 1970 and reflects a traditional Arts and craft property
retaining its thatched roof and lattice windows
With much of the old farm house materials being retained and reused
Over the years it as undergone extensive improvements and extensions boasting a massive 28 ft kitchen

This is the perfect place to raise a glass or two to memories past and to make new memories with friends and family to get together with loved ones for family celebrations birthdays anniversaries or just have a family gathering this is the perfect place to spend wonderful times and reconnect unwind and enjoying the feeling of being in the countryside

Sandalls Marsh is ideally situated for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk.
The historical market towns of Diss 10 miles and Wymondham 5 miles are well worth a visit.
Wymondham particularly is a very old town mentioned in the doomsday book
The abbey dates back to the 14 th century
The locals there support an old Steam train railway during the summer where you can ride to Dereham for a few pounds another lovely old Norfolk town
The North Norfolk Coast is close by (25 miles )with its pretty coastal villages and glorious beaches.
Alternatively you could spend a day enjoying the famous Norfolk Broads.
Children will love BeWILDerwood, the treetop adventure park.
The Suffolk Heritage Coast and the popular seaside towns of Southwold -Orford - Aldeburgh are an hour away and well worth a visit
The fine city of Norwich is just 5 miles away, with plenty to do and visit including the magnificent Norwich cathedral and museum together with an excellent theatre There’s Great shopping and cosmopolitan cafés. A plenty Restaurants and eateries
