The Space:
This luxury 3-Bedroom villa with beach access is located up and behind our beachfront villas, only a few steps down to our private beach. Villa Muscat, has a large infinity pool, oak lounge furniture, and broad open sea views. Steps from the pool is a private beach accessed only by villa guests. The villa is perched slightly above sea level with uninterrupted sea views from every window.
Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, a large walk-in rain shower, his and hers sinks, black out curtains, and a flat-screen TV. The extra large master has a double pull-out bed for children. With a large open-plan kitchen, the living and dining room provide absolute comfort for all guests and faces directly out over the sea.
The indoor-outdoor main space is perfect for gazing beyond the infinity pool to the great blue ocean. The expansive view of the Big Buddha and the open sea is matched only by the expert interior modern design, imported European furniture, and appliances.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire villa and shared private beach and gym with various cardio machines, free weights, a cage, and cable-pulley and band resistance system.

Kerem villas are located in the luxurious and quiet residential part of Koh Samui island – Plai Laem area, next to the famous Six Senses Hotel.
Enjoy everything Koh Samui has to offer: A quiet sunset cocktail on your private beach gazing out towards the famous Big Buddha or pop out for romantic diner in Fisherman’s village or dance the night away in one of Chaweng’s famous nightclubs.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around the villa is by car. We will be glad to help you to arrange a car/motorbike/minivan rental during your stay. We also provide an on demand private shuttle for a small fee.
To get at the villa from/to the Airport we include in our rates a pick-up and drop-off service from the airport or any pier of Koh Samui Island.
