Welcome to Nautical Nights! - A brand newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home with an outdoor shower, just a 5 minute walk from Beach Access 18 and 19. Enjoy pulling right up to your door and staying in a quiet residential neighborhood, while still only being two blocks from the sandy beaches of PCB!
The Lower Lagoon of the east end of PCB is a hidden locals secret. Enjoy the beach on one side and the bay on the other side with 3 separate public boat ramps. Also, most of the towns best local restaurants and attractions are on this side. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, but still just a stones throw away from the beach!
You'll enjoy the comfort of this just remodeled and well-decorated, modern yet beachy, three bedroom, two bath townhome.
As you step inside you'll be greeted by the spacious living area equipped with a 65" Roku 4K Smart tv and plenty of seating. Further in is a brand new kitchen with brand new EVERYTHING... cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, etc. You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Also downstairs is a set of brand new Samsung side load washer and driers. There is also a full bath downstairs.
As you head upstairs you'll be greeted by three separate bedrooms with all new memory foam mattresses and big screen Roku 4K Smart tv's in each room.
In the master is a King size bed, walk in closet, 55" Roku Smart TV, and private access to the large back balcony. In the center bedroom is a full over twin bunk bed with a tv as well. And in the other bedroom is a queen sized bed, closet, 55" Roku Smart TV, and private access to the front balcony. The optimal amount of guests would be 6 people. But we can fit up to 8 if you're willing to have 2 people on the full bed and one person on the couch downstairs.
Then finally when you head back downstairs step out to the back patio, you'll find a neat private hangout area with outdoor chairs and your own firepit! There are solar lights to keep it lit up at night, a hammock under the mature fig tree to relax in, and even a banana tree growing there. And in the side yard/ entrance is a private outdoor shower, you must try when getting back from the beach!!
You will access the unit via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

Also, for responsible pet owners, your furry friends under 40 lbs are welcome to join for an additional $70 pet fee. (With a maximum of two pets for the entirety of the stay, please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds. Please clean up after your pets and if they are left unattended please keep them in a crate.

1 - Quiet Hours - Our quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am, and we ask that you are considerate of our neighbors. No parties allowed whatsoever please.
2 - Pets: We love hosting them but we have strict rules - We welcome responsible Pet Owners:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-shedding/non-aggressive pets under 40 lbs are welcomed to join you for your stay.
c) We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
d) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you. In consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds (pet hair is very difficult and time consuming to clean for our housekeepers).
e) You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the back yard. Waste must then be disposed of in the trash bin in front of the home. Courtesy pet waste bags are supplied in the back yard. There is a charge for pet waste left behind not picked up.
f) Pets cannot be left openly unattended in the unit. If you are leaving the property, they must be kept in a kennel or taken with you.
g) Pets are not to dig in the back or side yard whatsoever.
h) An extra $70 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app if not paid at time of booking.
i) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the cost of the guest.
Also, breaking these rules may prevent us from being able to host pets in the future, please be considerate of future guests with pets and don't ruin it for them.
3 - Septic System - The home is on a septic system, please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper and waste. That includes not flushing feminine products, "flushable" wipes, q-tips, etc. It will clog the system and cause major repairs.
4 - No smoking allowed - You may smoke outside if necessary, however please keep the doors closed and pick up after yourself. There will be an additional $200 fee for any smoke odors inside the home (they are very hard to get rid of).
5 - No unregistered guests allowed - This is a potential safety issue for us, as well as the septic system is only sized for the quantity of approved guests. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
6 - Amenities - There is a starter pack of amenities provided for you including 2 of everything. Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper), paper towels, dish sponges, dishwashing packets, laundry detergent, extra trash bags. If you need more amenities or your stay is longer than a couple days, there is a Dollar General, Walmart Supercenter, Winn-Dixie, and Publix within 5 minute driving distance.
7 - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms - Please be respectful of the new bedding and keep from any potential spills.
8 - Please respect check-in and check-out times - Our cleaners count on accurate check in/ check out times to have the time to properly clean and prepare for your stay. It takes us the full period of time to properly prepare the home for your stay.
9 - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
10 - Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11 - Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave - helps with any potential unnecessary odors.
