Situated in Lagoon Beach, a small but popular area in Cape Town, you will be in the ideal location for a memorable getaway. Centrally located you will be a short distance away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the lagoon, and a few minutes drive from Cape Town City Centre and the V&A Waterfront. Apart from nearby activities such as cycling, fishing and golfing, the beach is literally on your doorstep where you can spend hours soaking up some sun, surfing, walking along the long stretch of sand or just admiring the view of the iconic Table Mountain.
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The sizeable fully equipped kitchen caters for all your culinary needs and includes a dishwasher for your convenience. An abundance of natural light fills the lounge and dining area where you can sit and enjoy your meals at the 4 seater dining table or sit back and relax on the comfy couches to enjoy the views outside or your favourite TV shows on the flat screen TV. Glass sliding doors lead you from the lounge to a shared spacious lawn area providing a secure space for kids to run around. The unit is equipped with WiFi and a study desk, for work-from-home guests.
The main bedroom offers a very inviting queen size bed with side tables and bedside lamps while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds stacked on top of each other creating a bunk bed also with a side table and bedside lamp.
