This professionally designed residence, adorned with carefully curated decor and brand-new furnishings, is nestled just outside Asheville, ensconced in nature within a serene, private neighborhood. This inviting home accommodates diverse sleeping arrangements, with five king beds, one queen bed, and a playful full-size bunk bed for the younger members. A pull-out queen sleeper-sofa in the basement adds versatility, allowing the house to comfortably host up to 16 individuals for large gatherings or create an intimate setting for smaller groups. The primary bedroom on the main floor boasts an en-suite bathroom, complemented by an additional full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom on the lower level.
The garage has been transformed into a bonus game room, featuring three arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey, and a pool table. This comfortable space, complete with heating and air conditioning, seamlessly extends the home's allure throughout the year. As the day winds down, unwind with a movie or a round of cards at the poker table on the lower level. Stepping outside reveals an array of entertainment spaces. Indulge in outdoor delights with our GAS HEATED 25,000-gallon swimming pool, available when in season (typically Memorial Day - Labor Day)! Direct access from the house via the mudroom provides convenient entry, complete with bench seating and ample towels for a post-swim dry-off. The pool area, enclosed by its own fence, ensures privacy, distinct from the fenced-in backyard.
While outdoors, savor moments on either of our TWO decks. The upper deck features a sizable stainless steel grill, perfect for culinary gatherings around the 10-person outdoor dining table. Following a delightful meal, explore the lower deck, where a gas firepit beckons for relaxation on the plush sofa. Alternatively, pull up a stool at the bar area and take in the backyard's activities.
For ultimate relaxation, descend below the upper deck to discover our 6-person hot tub, available YEAR ROUND. Whether day or night, this inviting retreat promises a serene and enjoyable escape for you and your guests.
