A spacious bunk room offers triple bunks, a twin-over-full bunk with trundle, and access to a full bathroom—perfect for kids or larger groups. The primary suite on this level features a king bed with luxurious bedding and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
On the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. One offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom, while the other includes a queen bed, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer for added convenience and a cozy living room which is the perfect place to relax and unwind, or for the kids to have their very own hideout.

Care & Respect
• Please treat this home with care and respect.
• Shoes should be removed inside the house.
• Beach equipment should remain outside—please do not bring it indoors.
• A hose is provided at the front of the property to rinse off sand before entering.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Please bag all trash securely before placing it in the receptacles.
• On trash pickup days, wheel cans to the curb with lids facing the street. Ensure lids are properly closed and cans are unobstructed so the county can collect them.
• Use the provided makeup removal cloths to avoid stains on towels and linens.
• If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately.
Safety & Comfort
• Be careful when opening the glass shower door—open inward to avoid contact with the towel bar.
• Ensure all doors and windows are closed if the air conditioning is running.
• For emergencies, call 911 first, then notify us.
Quiet Enjoyment
• Please be respectful of neighbors: no parties, no loud music, and follow Walton County’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Enjoy the balconies, but keep noise levels to a minimum.
• The neighborhood pool is available for your use—please treat it with care and respect.
Restrictions
• No smoking or vaping in or around the property.
• No grilling permitted on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parking is available in the garage and driveway only—HOA rules strictly prohibit street parking.
• The golf cart is not for guest use. Please do not remove the cover or allow children to climb on it.
Additional Notes
• There is no garage door remote; please use the manual button to open and close.
• Exterior security cameras are in operation for your safety.
• Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For true emergencies outside of these hours, call the after-hours number provided.
