This is a 400sq ft studio with a balcony and partial ocean view. The studio has a queen size bed and a sofa that converts into a full/double size bed. There are high quality furnishings and the studio is well maintained at all times.

The Cooper Arms building in Long Beach, California, stands as a timeless testament to architectural elegance. Its historic facade, adorned with intricate detailing, exudes a classic charm that transports visitors to an era of refined craftsmanship. Nestled in the heart of the city, this landmark not only graces the skyline but is located almost directly on the beach (across the street from the beach).
There is an incredible ocean view with Queen Mary from the building’s floors, or the solarium on the 12th floor.
You can also grab a delicious coffee at the cafe Rose Park (located on building’s ground floor) and enjoy it in the building’s garden.
There is also a ballroom on the ground floor of the building that you can enjoy for yourself or rent it for an event.
