Close to all the flavorful restaurants one could ask for. The house gets ample sun light! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups. Has WIFI.
My goal is to provide great insight and an amazing hospitable stay for guests wanting to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul. I will provide in depth advice to guests in order to satisfy their wants and needs and make their stay a memorable one. This includes any arrangements, reservations needed, input and language translations guests may require. This lively city has loads to offer and my goal is to make it a remarkable stay for you.
This house is located in the heart of the modern city! The stunning property is situated in a magnificent location 'Bebek,' close to all the local hot spots. A peaceful home in an energetic neighborhood. Close to Nispetiye street with all the best restaurants. The beautiful Bosphorus is a 3 minute walk away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.
Guests will be able to use the whole property during their stay. Access includes Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances.
Boasting 170m2 of space, this home is perfect for all types of guests visiting Istanbul. In the heart of the city between Etiler and Bebek this sought out home is in the perfect location. It has 2.5 bathrooms, 3 king beds and one single beds with a cozy living room. The house is situated over three floors and has incredible private garden space. Perfect for guests to relax. Although in the heart of the city, you wake up to birds chirping and lots of greenery surrounding the property. The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is on the top floor. There is also lots of ample storage space on the top floor. While your kitchen, guest wc bathroom, dining and living room is situated on the entrance floor. Down the stairs, you have your 2nd bathroom with the 3 bedrooms. The garden is accessible by a private door or from the bedrooms.
There is bus transportation 3 minutes from the property. A cab stand just up the street. Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. There is parking available on the side of the road. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. I would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.

-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-Lost keys incur a surcharge of 35USD
-Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 70USD

- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
