The upper deck has a dining table with seating for 10, a seating area with a gas fire table, and a combo charcoal/gas grill and smoker for your culinary delight. You can enjoy the same awesome view on the lower deck relaxing in the comfortable seating area or swinging in the hammock. End your day with a glass of wine from one of the local wineries while enjoying the sunset from the seating area on the front porch.
✨ The fully equipped kitchen, complete with dolomite marble countertops, a Keurig coffee maker that takes both pods and ground coffee, gas stove, dishwasher, extra-large refrigerator, microwave, and farmhouse sink, is the perfect place to create delicious meals for your family and friends. We provide you with an air fryer, waffle maker, toaster, blender, and mixer and all the baking and cooking wares you will need. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar or in the sun-drenched dining area that seats 10. The main floor living area, with its vaulted ceiling and a full bank of windows from floor to ceiling allows for plenty of natural light and breathtaking views.
✨ Relax in comfort. Sink into the comfortable couches, soft pillows, and cozy blankets in the main living area, where you can enjoy streaming services on 75” 4K smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer. High speed 1G internet and Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. This area boasts a beautiful gas fireplace that allows you to change the lighting to suit your mood.
✨ Downstairs you can play pool on a table that converts to a ping pong table or a dining table with benches. Enjoy a movie on the 85” 4K smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer in the living area or relax and play board games in the sitting area which has a refreshment bar and refrigerator.
✨ Retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's sleep, each with views of the woods and fully stocked with down pillows and comforters, and extra towels and linens. The huge master bedroom is on the main level and features a king-sized bed, perfect for a cozy Sunday brunch watching TV on the smart 4K 70” also with sound bar and subwoofer. The master bath is a luxurious mix of dolomite marble and tile featuring a double vanity and a spacious enclosed glass shower with multiple multi-level shower heads. And there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet for your stay.
✨The guest bedrooms are downstairs, one with a king bed and the other two with queen-sized beds. The full bath downstairs is equally as inviting. If you need extra sleeping space, the couches in the lower living area convert to queen beds and will sleep four people.

✨ Keep in mind that there is a steep but short decline to reach the house. Cars towing things may have trouble getting up and down the hill. We'll make sure the path is clear and we provide a shovel and salt in case of snow.
✨ Since we are surrounded by woods, there are creatures in the area that may come out during the day or night looking for something to eat. Make sure you keep your cars locked and use only the animal-proof trashcans provided.
✨ Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel your stay with less than a week's notice, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure a full refund. Don't let unexpected circumstances ruin your vacation plans!
✨ House Rules: There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. No large parties are allowed. Sorry, you cannot bring your furry friends with you. Please note that there will be penalty fees charged for breaking house rules.
