Nottingham Farm is a working property and guests are encouraged to explore the farm on foot and enjoy all the beauty on offer.
Being only fifteen minutes from stunning Orange and minutes from award winning wineries, restaurants and beautiful eclectic boutiques, we encourage you to explore all that this beautiful part of the world has to offer.

This property is professionally cleaned by our team of regular cleaners who have all been trained to maintain our high quality standards in alignment with the Covid-19 Pandemic.
BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items to make your stay even better!
You can request an early check in or a late checkout that we will approve pending availability and the payment of any necessary fees.
You can also request other enhancements like a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Our cattle are very friendly. They enjoy being hand fed with carrots, apples and oranges. They are quite precious and need them cut up into bite size pieces.
Whilst we encourage our guests to enjoy our property, and our friendly cattle, please be mindful that they are still large animals and are unpredictable. We recommend feeding them over a fence to ensure your safety.
Be sure to close any gates you open - our curious cattle love a little adventure.
Vehicles can bog and scare our livestock, so please no vehicles past the house paddock.\
Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
