FIRST FLOOR

Our home is located a 10 minutes walk from Lidl Supermarket, 8 minutes drive from the iconic York racecourse and a few minutes walk from some wonderful homely pubs.

Getting into the city center is nice and straight forward with a local bus taking you there in under 30 minutes

WELCOME PACK:

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.

Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Other things to note
CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

PARKING
There is free on street parking outside of the property or you can park 2 cars at the rear

KEYS
The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

There is a Lidl 10 minutes from the property which is perfect for longer staying guests

DURING YOUR STAY
