A beautiful recently renovated bungalow in the lovely village of Frampton on Severn. Stylishly decorated throughout, the property comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 good-sized bedrooms, consisting of 1 king-size and 1 bedroom with 2 singles.

The space
My delightful bungalow is a fantastic base from which to explore the surrounding areas including the beautiful Cotswolds.
My home is all on one level with plenty of space and privacy for guests. Recently renovated, and very stylishly decorated with a contemporary feel, making the bungalow a wonderful place to stay!
There is a wonderful and comfortable living area at the front of the property, leading through to a modern fully equipped kitchen which also has a dining area. There is a large and bright conservatory with patio doors that lead out to our private garden. The garden has plenty of seating; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring!
There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and a family bathroom with a bath & a shower.
All bedrooms come with hotel-quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
Please note we don't allow pets on our property.
There is free parking at the front of the property which can accommodate 2 cars. It's a purpose bay (looks like a lay-by) in front of the property.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 3 pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check-out is at 10 am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden.

Frampton on Severn is a picturesque village and home to one of the longest village greens in the whole of the UK.
Brilliant walks to go on along the river Severn -you may be lucky enough to spot the odd seal or two and a great place to listen and watch out for the "Severn Bore" -the natural phenomenon which takes place every year down the river Severn -big waves resonate a deep sound and can get rather high which is perfect for surfers, if your brave enough!
There are also great walks along the canal which you can take towards Saul marina which you will find a lovely cafe to enjoy a sunny afternoon tea as you carry on your walk towards Gloucester or even the other way towards slimbridge. also at Saul junction on the canal, you can also try your hand at kayaking, paddleboarding and canoeing depending on the time of year.
There is also a lake behind our bungalow which belongs to "Frampton Sailing Club" they hold events, courses and sessions through out early spring and summer. They also sell sailing boats and it's quite nice to have a little walk around the lake itself and maybe watch a few of the sailors go by.
Slimbridge wetland centre is very close by and can be a full day out for children and adults. They have welly boot land which is very popular with my young children, bird feeding, canoeing amongst other things.
Berkeley castle is up the road about 10-15mins drive. A wonderful day out for adults and children which quite often hold different events depending on the time of year.
There's also Cattle country near Berkeley which is a fun day out for children of all ages, they have indoor and outdoor play parks, animal petting, crazy golf,
If you fancy a day out shopping for locally produced ales, food, clothes, crafts, jewellery and more then a visit to Stroud Market held on Fridays & Saturdays at the top of the high street. There's also other the "Farmers Market" which is very popular amongst locals and tourists alike that are fine producers of local produce, ales, wines, cheese ect. There's always special events and markets during the week in Stroud.
In Stroud centre there's also "Five Valleys" shopping centre which has a few good choice shops as well as an array of interesting street foods and food stalls within the indoor market area of the Five Valleys shopping mall. On the top of the Five Valleys carpark is also a bowling alley and at the bottom of Five Valleys is a cinema.
Supermarkets:
The Post office and small grocery shop located at the top of the village Green called "The Green Shop" sell locally produced meats, veg and bread.
You will find lots of supermarkets in Gloucester or Stroud both about a 15 minute drive away.
Restaurants:
"The Three Horse shoes" pub located at the bottom of the green, good locally produced ales and beers, basic food and live music/entertainment most weekends
"The Bell Inn" located at the top of the Green serves brilliant home cooked food -they're pies are gorgeous, playground for kids in the beer garden
"Ley Bistro" is a lovely little cafe/tea shop which is fab for a quick cake and a sandwich
Further afield you have the "Ship Inn" in Saul or Cafe on Saul junction on the canal.
Getting around
There is free parking at the front of the property which can accommodate 2 cars. It's a purpose bay (looks like a lay by) in front of the property.
You will find a bus link along the Green.
The closest train station is Stonehouse train station.
