The Space:
Step into our beautifully remodeled apartment, where modern meets rustic in a harmonious blend. Located on the 1st floor, this spacious haven is perfect for families or friends. As you enter, you'll be greeted by thoughtfully designed spaces that instantly make you feel at home.
The living area boasts large glass doors leading to gardens and a balcony, allowing a divine airflow that fills the space with tranquility. For your rest, two spacious bedrooms await. The first offers a luxurious king-size bed, while the second features 2 double beds. Both rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms, A/C, and TVs.
For those who love to cook, a fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with all the essentials like a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster.
Outside, two terraces beckon. Whether you're lounging in the hammocks watching the sunrise or sunset, the views will captivate you. And when you're ready to explore, the vibrant Marina Vallarta is just steps away, teeming with excellent restaurants, bars, and spas. Come and experience the magic for yourself.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the condo and in the condominium complex, you can enjoy a wonderful pool and tennis courts. There is underground parking as well.
The Neighborhood:
We are at the heart of one of the areas with the most life in Puerto Vallarta. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, spas, yachts, sailboats for tours, and public transportation just a few steps from the Condominium Puesta del Sol. On Thursdays between December and March, there is also a market on the boardwalk that adds even more life to the area.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 2 km | 1.3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please, plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted after this hour.
Due to the high cost of electricity not only in our area but throughout Puerto Vallarta, we have had to take some preventive measures that help us, as hosts, as well as our guests. Your stay includes 15 KW of use PER DAY, which is ENOUGH for the use of the A/C equipment for 8 hours at 26°C, with closed doors and windows. Keeping them open would generate a lot of waste. Upon arrival, we will send you the photograph of the meter and its reading with numbers, also, upon departure so that you can verify the information. The SURPLUS will be charged at $ 5.00 pesos/KW. Charges will be through the Airbnb platform.
There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.
A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
