Resumen: The house was nicely updated and very clean overall. We had 3 issues. 1) no ice or water from the fridge. The property management had some one out within a few hours and resolve it. 2) Utensils, glasses, cups, and plates weee not clean in the cabinets and drawers. The coffee cups had dried coffee stains that easily washed off. Property management only replied with "sorry for the inconvenience". We washed everything before use which was a pain and just gross. 3) the Nest thermostat reset to 78F every few hours including overnight while we were sleeping resulting waking us up in the middle of the night when it got warm and having to go turn it back down to 72F, ruining a good night sleep in the comfy beds. Again only, "sorry for the inconvenience.". Could have easily been 5 stars and a perfect stay.
