This unique architectural home integrates indoor and outdoor living with wrap-around porches to enjoy the hundreds of miles of views. Priest Ranch has a guest house and a lap pool. There are trails on the property and the evenings feature stunning night skies. This vacation rental is located in beautiful Tuolumne County, off Highway 120, leading into Yosemite National Park. It is approximately 27 miles from the park entrance. The 3-level main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The guest house has built-in bunk beds, a wood-burning stove, a kitchenette and one bathroom. The indoor dining table seats 8, with numerous outdoor dining options on the shaded porches. Bed sizes: Main bedroom (3rd floor): 1 Cal king; Loft area (3rd floor): Full-size Futon. Bedrooms 2 and 3 (Downstairs): Queen beds; Bunk House has 3 built-in Bunk Bed sets: 2 twin, 1 XL twin. Split-system Heating & Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer & dryer. Charcoal BBQ. This home has an EV charger. Pet friendly! Two small or medium-size dogs maximum. Pet limitations are firm. Please see details below.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM. Sleeps up to 10 in beds. Maximum occupancy 10, which includes children & infants of any age.
AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM. You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. A copy of your driver's license will be required within 24 hours of booking. Vacation Rental located in the beautiful Tuolumne County, Groveland, California 95321. Just 28 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, Hwy 120 corridor. Bed sizes: Master bedroom (3rd floor): 1 king Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): 1 queen Bedroom 3 (queen): 1 queen Sleeps (Loft area) Double Bed and Futon Bed. Bunk House has two bunkbed sets (both are twin-sizes). This home has a private pool for guest's to use. However, please use at your own risk and keep eyes on children at all times.
GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 10 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 10 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).
LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.
CHARCOAL BBQ: Charcoal not included.
OUTDOOR FIRES: Other than the proper use of the BBQ, all other outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
FIREWOOD: Firewood is not provided for guest use.
PARKING: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Garage is not available for guest-use or parking.
STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There are several steps from the driveway to the homes entrance.
CHILDREN: Priest Ranch is an ideal place for family gatherings. However, please do not leave children unattended anywhere on the property, including stairways, decks, and in or near the pool. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. Interior gates are available upon request.
POOL: Use of pool is welcome at guest's own risk. Please do not leave children unattended on stairways, decks or at the pool. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. NOTE: During the winter months, the pool may not be available for use.
PETS/ANIMALS: Pet/animal rent $35 per pet, per night, plus tax. See above for the homeowner's custom pet/animal policy to ensure that you meet pet/animal type, size & quantity allowed in this specific home. All pets/animals must be approved, declared & registered with Yosemite Region Resorts at least 7 days prior to arrival. Two Dogs Allowed. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be crated. Guests is responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pets/animals.
