Parley's Lighthouse is a custom, contemporary, and purpose-built mountain retreat that consists of essentially 3 two-bedroom homes under 1 roof. Featured in the 2016 Park City Showcase of Homes, our home is strategically situated on a spacious 2.75-acre lot making it the perfect place for your private vacation. It features its own wet-weather creek and stunning panoramic views of all three Park City ski resorts, as well as Utah Olympic Park. You are sure to enjoy the beauty of Park City's wildlife with deer and elk that "visit" the property almost daily. You might even experience a sheep or llama sighting while staying with us. Our home is located in Silver Creek Estates, a secluded equestrian community with miles of bridle paths giving direct access to hundreds of acres of backcountry trails. Epic biking, hiking, and horseback trails are just outside the door and you are only 10 minutes from world-class skiing and 15 minutes to Park City's Historic Main Street, where you can indulge in fine dining and exclusive shopping. Visit lakes, rivers, and experience world-class golf only minutes away as well. You'll also appreciate the proximity to local airports, with SLC International Airport a mere 30 minutes away and Heber Municipal Airport only 20 minutes from our home.
Our home is perfectly suited for families and groups of friends (not suitable for children under 5 years old) and features special amenities and unapologetically unique design and styling that will make staying with us feel both luxurious and indulgent. We want you to enjoy intimate family memories or create lasting impressions with friends or colleagues when staying at Parley's Lighthouse.

• Expansive bar with seating for 3.

Family getaway for 10 during Thanksgiving and all our expectations were exceeded. What a beautiful estate. Breathtaking views of the mountains from multiple areas in the home. The great room and Dining room accommodated our 10 easily. Space for the whole family competitive card and board games. Fully stocked Gourmet kitchens (3 of them) letting us cook our hearts out. The owners suite was a full retreat with mountain views, fireplace, steam room, and vibrating sound tub. All the rooms with king size beds & full baths let the family feel pampered. Outdoor sitting area with grill and 2 jacuzzis let you recover from skiing. The “Casita” was an added layout benefit. Beau and Heather at StayLuxe were super gracious hosts. Amazing!!!! If you’re ever in search of a place to stay while in Park City, this property has to be at the top of the list. Plenty of space for all your guests, beautiful views of the mountains, close proximity to everything , and top of the line amenities! We actually cancelled dinner reservations at a place we set months prior because we all preferred to have another night at the house. I also can’t say enough great things about Beau who made our trip that much better. He was responsive, accommodating, and all around great to work with. The house is even grander in person.. Beau was the best host, met us at the house to walk us through and set us up. Anything we needed, like a ride to the car rental place on day 2, because our original car rental was not what we reserved, Beau came and followed through. The location is an exit away from everything you need and a 10 min drive to Main Street Park City. We fit our entire family (9 of us) comfortably. This home is unbelievable. There's no other way to describe it. From the amenities to details, it's simply amazing. Huge house, and essentially 3 separate living areas (each with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen) in one house, and a massive great room with stunning mountain views out the floor to ceiling windows. Perfect for couples, perfect for families. The design is amazing, and everything is custom. 3 car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway, and lots of space (it's on 2 acres). The property has two hot tubs, and full-sized, so accomodating for a large group. The kitchen has a massive SubZero fridge, and literally every kitchen item/utensil that could ever be imagined (including a slow cooker, SodaStream, etc). In the master bathroom, the tub is beautifully designed, and the steam shower is something all the guests should try... it's amazing. I could go on & on about this property...it's just that great. Property management was fantastic too, as very responsive, and very helpful with the home. We will definitely be staying at this home again." - Michael
