In this cute and cozy home, you have access to lots of amenities such as a newly finished backyard (in warm months), sunroom, full kitchen, living room, desk, closet, bookshelf, shared bathroom and more. We have a super comfortable full/double Sealy bed waiting for you. A fire stick is provided to watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max.
We offer free parking. This home is located on a very quiet and safe street across the street from a main hospital. We have the Ring doorbell for added security.

You have easy access to the airport being only 10 minutes away as well as being less than 5 minutes from lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. If we are able to, we can pick you up and drop you off for $10 (please message us first for confirmation).

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
1. CHECK-IN is any time after 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT is by 11 A.M. We do not allow early check-ins unless they are pre-authorized. If the premise appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform owners immediately.
2. SMOKING - These are non-smoking apartments.
You will be fined a $300 smoke fee if the apartment smells of smoke and/or we find evidence of smoking.
3. PETS are not permitted, unless authorized by the owner with a pet fee.
4. DAMAGES FEES & CHECKOUT -We will not charge damage fees, if upon checkout:
* No damage is done to apartment its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
* All used dishes are cleaned and put away.
* All dirty towels are placed on bathroom floor.

* No linens are lost or damaged.
* Furniture/Belongings are returned to their original places.
* Home is not excessively dirty.
* All trash is placed is taken out to the bins on the side of the home
* Windows & doors are closed and locked.
5. PAYMENT - Payment must be made in full before the arrival date
6. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations or changes that result in an early departure does not warrant any refund. Once the reservation is booked, host does not change or shorten reservation.
7. MAINTENANCE/HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES: The Property is provided as is, and host is not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. You agree to contact host as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the Property, or if any incident occurs at the Property that is related to such a problem or condition. You further agree to give the host a reasonable amount of time (24 hours or less) to respond to your report and to cooperate with the host's efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable. We may enter the Property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the Property, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property. We will not do refunds for plumbing issues or mechanical breakdowns such as electrical outages, wifi outages, and appliance failures. These are beyond our control.
8. AFTER HOURS: Host is not available to answer calls or messages after 11 pm and until 8 am. If you have an emergency (fire, flood, a/c, door security issue), you may contact the host. Non-emergencies include wifi issues, dripping faucets, low batteries, fridge not cooling, clogged sinks, tubs, and toilets, as a technician will not arrive after hours.
10. PEST/BUG ISSUES- it can get hot and humid so you may see spiders, flies, and other bugs. The home is over 100 years old.
While we perform monthly pest control, you may see an occasional pest during your stay. We do not provide refunds for reported pest issues. By booking you acknowledge that you understand the pest policy.
10. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is 2 (one bedroom with double bed, 1 guest for twin bed) 7 guests for whole house Exceeding the max amount will result in removal off premises without a refund.
11. NOISE - Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. -
8:00 a.m.
12. APPLIANCES - Use appliances for their intended purposes only. Turn appliances off when leaving.
13. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the room, daily maid service is not included in the rate. We provide amenities for your stay including bathroom and kitchen essentials. Additional supplies are responsibility of the guest. We do not provide cleaning supplies, please bring your own if needed.
14. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
15. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
16. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
18. PARKING - Parking is provided at the property but if you need to park on the street be advised that there are specific dates and times. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
20. SAFETY - Do not burn candles inside or outside of unit. The fireplace is also not to be used. If a smoke alarm is triggered and the fire department is called, you will be responsible for the fee of $350 for the service.
21. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS - No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions.
22. WATER AND SEPTIC - Use plumbing fixtures for intended purposes only. Do not flush feminine products or any other items except toilet paper
23. ACCIDENTS - The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Tenant hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Exchange rentals and its owners or agents for damages or injuries to person or personal property by reason of any cause whatsoever either in or around the premises.
