Very spacious, and luminous, it has a modern open kitchen with oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, a living room with flat screen tv, a bathroom with shower, a separate wc, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.

The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city.
Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city.
Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk.

THE HISTORY
During the Christian reconquest, Graça was a gigantic olive grove occupied by Arab peasants. The Augustinian monks chose this "village" outside the walls to build their religious buildings.
