With an open concept and a great view of the ocean from the kitchen, the family chefs can now be a part of the action or enjoy the view while preparing meals. Who knows? With that view, you may get more help in the kitchen! The wet bar with a mini fridge in the dining area gives extra room for wine and drinks. The huge rec room on the second level has seating for TV and a billiards area, plus a great ocean view!
