As well as taking a quick boat cruise over to Dover to enjoy Dish at Dover Bay for lunch or dinner, into Sandpoint, or out to the infamous main lake. Walkers will enjoy the morning strolls around this whisper-quiet rural community and the stunning Pend O’ Reille River, which is cleaned every summer and is truly a massive river that extends for a dozen miles in each direction.

Upon entering this riverfront charmer, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and plenty of windows that let the natural light in. Some of the custom finishes include plank-style flooring, craftsman doors, solid surface counters, tile backsplash, and more. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area, furnished with comfy sofas in front of a stone gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. From here, you can admire the beauty of the Pend Oreille River and also access the porch. Dock details: You can launch your water craft 300 yards from the home. As you are exiting the driveway - go left. Turn left at the yield sign and the road will dead end at the boat launch.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
