Experience an idyllic getaway in this beautiful 4 bed cottage set in rural Cheshire but only 10 minutes from Chester. With stunning views this 4 bedroom has a lovely traditional English country cottage feel. Sleeping 7 people & having ample parking this great property is perfect for family groups or a group of friends. Having the advantage of a bedroom on the first floor and an additional downstairs shower room it makes it accessible for older guests and those with mobility issues.
Step inside and discover an inviting layout that is sure to make you feel right at home. As you enter Chestnut Cottage through the rear door there is a handy utility area. Next to this you will find an open plan kitchen/diner with
a country style wooden kitchen featuring all modern amenities you will need to unleash your inner chef. There is a TV in the dining area, where you can relax after you've shared a meal with your loved ones. There is also a lovely conservatory which overlooks fields to the back and has plenty of seating.
You will also find a large yet surprisingly cosy living room with plenty of seating and smart TV. Downstair there is a shower room, which is super handy for any elderly guests or guest with mobility needs, accompanied by a downstairs bedroom with 2 x single beds.
Upstairs you will come upon a cosy 2nd bedroom with a single bed and pretty views to the rear. A 3rd bedroom with 2 further single beds, built in wardrobes and more great views to the rear. There is also a good sized family bathroom with a bath. Finally to the front of the property is the master bedroom which has amazing views over the fields, this great room has 1 x Super king bed and built in wardrobes.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
This property is rurally located just outside of Chester & close to the border of Wales. Perfect for a relaxing break, yet with Chester in near reach you can enjoy all Chester has to offer, with the amazing bars, cafes & restaurants on offer or a family visit to Chester Zoo, plus much history to be taken in.
In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.
Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
