This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 17 guests comfortably. There are a total of 5 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 rollaway beds that unfold into 2 seperate single twin beds, a futon couch and 2 additional large couches.
Bedroom 1 - The main upstairs bedroom has a 12-inch King mattress with a pop art mural, dedicated work space, and 42" smart TV..
Bedroom 2 - This pop art themed bedroom comes with a large King bed. It is perfect for kids and adults alike!
Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom comes with a makeup station, pop art vinyl, and large King bed.
Bedroom 4 - This bright purple bedroom is upstairs and includes a huge King bed.
Bedroom 5 - This downstairs bedroom comes with a king bed and stays dark well into the day for those who need a bit of extra rest.
Bedroom 6 - This downstairs bedroom comes with 2 queen beds for large groups to be able to comfortably stay.
Common Area - Includes 2 Rollaway Beds that are twin sized + a sofa that could sleep one more if needed.

You'll find three clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find three walk-in showers. One which has a shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. There are 4 stools at the counter for extra seating. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
The living room continues with the pop art speakeasy theme. It includes two huge couches, additional lounge chairs, and a huge 65" Smart TV for your group to enjoy.
There are many dining areas perfect for enjoying a meal. The main dining table is nearly 13ft long and has enough chairs for 12 guests, with an additional 4 chairs at the bar and a couch just behind it. This table is perfect for your group to enjoy all the fun this house has to offer.
The entire top floor has windows letting in natural light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, take advantage of all the amenities, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need.
☆☆ BASEMENT LEVEL & SPEAKEASY ☆☆
You will need to push slightly on the left side of the pop art door to find the secret speakeasy. The speakeasy is perfect for your group to enjoy the karaoke machine and full size projector screen. Immediately once walking down the stairs you will find two huge comfortable love seats with a massive projector screen and karaoke. This is an absolute must while enjoying the home. Just past the speakeasy you will find the additional two bedrooms.

Just out the back sliding door you will find a dining table for 6! Off the deck you will find a beautiful hot tub, full size putting green, hangout area, and a full size pool in the summer. Perfect for keeping your group busy the whole trip. There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and on the street for up to 6 vehicles.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in Olde Town Arvada with main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Denver Airport. There are multiple grocery stores 2 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down promptly, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Our neighbors take this rule very seriously.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual, you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver/ Arvada, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that we have installed a ring camera cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and are stored in the cloud for a month. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
