11. Weddings or events are not allowed at this home, no parties, fireworks, confetti or glitter allowed on the property.
12. Ring security cameras at front door and in front of garage, video camera to monitor pool equipment in back (behind fence, no audio). No tampering with cameras, WiFi, locked cabinets, noise monitoring system or smoke detectors.
