In-villa room service is available all day with a simple call through the owners cafe, conveniently located right next to the villa. Alternatively, you can visit the cafe and enjoy meals overlooking the sea.
The 150 m2 property spreads in three levels and can comfortably host 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms and up to 6 if needed (the additional guests can be accommodated in the living room sofa and a folding bed can also be provided). Hardwood floors, wooden furniture, metallic details, stone and white walls give this impressive dwelling a modern ambience and create an original holiday sensation.

On the ground floor, the cosy living room offers a warm welcome and promises a pleasant stay. A modern suspended fireplace is the most imposing element of the space, while the living room also opens us to a private 9 sq.m. plunge pool with hydromassage function 1,30 m deep. The pool area offers an outdoor shower and a sun bed. Other amenities in the living room include a 55 Smart TV with pay-per-view channels, a comfortable corner sofa, A/C, as well as an adjacent dining table for 6. The contemporary fully equipped kitchen stands out thanks to its fun, bright yellow cupboards and it offers all essential appliances for a self catered holiday including a built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer machine. A WC is also available at this level.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor, guests will see the two bedrooms of the Villa, the first of which features a 1,80x2,00 bed, 40 TV, wardrobe, suitcase stand and A/C. The bedrooms also has its own en-suite bathroom with overhead rain shower cabin and hydromassage function and a Juliette balcony enjoying the stunning vistas to the sea and Spinalonga islet. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (0,80X2,00), 40 TV, suitcase stand, wardrobe with safe and A/C. This room is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with overhead rain shower cabin and hydromassage function and a balcony with patio furniture also enjoying the same wonderful views. Bed linen, shower and pool towels, bathroom amenities and bathrobes are provided for all guests. Probably the best spot of this splendid property, this cute terrace, invites you to relax and unwind, making the most out of the 4-seater hot tub and taking in the unobstructed, panoramic views of the sea, sky, Spinalonga and the narrow street below your feet. A pergola offers shade and an additional sofa and sun bed are perfect for just enjoying a refreshing drink or catching up with your books!
