Welcome to our beautiful, secluded, lake front, private oasis. This immaculate home sits on a fully fenced, privacy gated, 6 acres. This spacious parcel provides peace, quiet, privacy and lots of room for the kids and pets to safely play and roam. Sitting on a private spring fed lake in Central Florida, you’ll enjoy peaceful evenings sitting around the fire table on the 40 ft fully screened and furnished lanai. Or step out of the screen area to the 50 foot, furnished, outdoor patio with wood burning fire pit. Enjoy fishing off the dock or floating platform or take a refreshing swim or kayak (2 kayaks provided) in your own private lake. Start your day admiring the spectacular sunrises from the eastern facing patio. And, if you’re lucky, you can witness a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral (70 miles away), directly from the back patio. A night launch is especially spectacular to witness.
This custom built floor plan offers lake views from nearly every room in the home. The homes interior offers 3 bedrooms, each with their own full baths. Great for family gatherings, the home offers a large open floor plan, with double sided wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, separate sitting area and sunken family room. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, with a large pantry and gorgeous Lake views.
Location, location, location…. This Central Florida location (literally the center of the state) allows for easy access to a multitude of Floridas favorite features. Beaches; you can flip a coin and head east to Vero Beach for the day (71 miles), or west to St Pete Beach (76 miles). Theme Parks; Legoland Florida (12 miles), Disney (33 miles), Universal Studios (39 miles), Busch Gardens (56 miles), or Sea World (35 miles). All are easily accessible day trips, allowing for the thrill of visiting these favorite destinations, then returning to the peace and quiet of your own private retreat.
Don’t worry about parking. The 250 foot drive allows space for RV travelers needing a little space to stretch their legs. Construction trucks for traveling laborers. Boat/toy trailers for those outdoor enthusiasts that brought along their toys. Or larger families coming with multiple cars. There is more than enough space.
Rentals are a minimum of 5 nights. Call if you are interested in a longer term (30 plus day) rental.
Are pets allowed? Yes. There will be an additional charge of $30/day. This additional charge will be passed on to our cleaning crew for additional pet clean up. We are doggie lovers and our home and property provide a fun, happy, and comfortable space for your beloved fur babies. Dogs are welcomed in the home BUT we do ask that if the dog is not potty trained, that they be crated when indoors. We will happily provide the crate. The yard is completely fenced, allowing your pet plenty of room to run and play. Doggie dishes and a sleeping crate are available upon request. The back patio has a convenient Doggie Door so that your pet can come into the patio as desired. Our pups love the water, and the lake offers a lot of swimming fun. BUT this is Florida, there are Alligators in every body of water, so please be aware and keep your eyes open for any lurking uninvited guests. And Please, if you see an Alligator DO NOT FEED THEM. It’s illegal and dangerous.
We start every rental off with a starter supply of toilet paper (2 roll per bathroom), 2 rolls of paper towels for kitchen, garbage bags in kitchen trash can, hand soap and lotion in bathrooms and kitchen (pump or bar), dishwashing soap, dishwasher, and laundry biodegradable sheets (in moderation) and hand towels in kitchen and bath. You will need to bring more for if/when you run out. Additionally, you will find the “Spice Drawer” in the Kitchen fully stocked. If you have forgotten personal toiletry items, you will find a basket in the Master Bath Closet filled with soaps, shampoos, lotions, disposable toothbrushes, etc. Help yourself “Only As Needed”.
You’ll just need to bring;
B: Your own personal clothes and swimsuits
C: Fresh groceries and produce.
D: Your own personal toiletries and grooming items.
E: Fishing Poles, Water Toys, Flotation Devices for Children, and Sunblock. Beach towels are provided and located in the Master Bath Closet.
Two Kayaks along with life jackets will be provided for your use. We just ask that you return these items to their original location prior to your departure.

Our Central location allows for quick and easy access to huge waterways, including The Winter Haven Chain of Lakes, the Kissimmee River Chain, and the West and East Coast Beaches.
The Winter Haven Chain of Lakes is a famous series of 24 canal connected lakes in Central Florida. There are two chain of lakes, the northern chain, and the southern chain. The northern chain extends across three cities: Winter Haven, Lake Alfred, and Lake Hamilton.
Kissimmee River Chain – The Kissimmee Chain of Lakes comprises of eight central water bodies in descending size: Lake Kissimmee, Lake Tohopekaliga, East Lake Tohopekaliga, Lake Hatchineha, Lake Marion, Lake Cypress, Lake Gentry, and Lake Jackson. The Kissimmee Basin includes over two dozen lakes in the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, their associated marshes, tributary streams, the Kissimmee River, and floodplain. You can easily access this chain at the Kissimmee State Park (14.5 miles, 30 mins) or Camp Mack, Guy Harvey River Resort (11.7 miles, 17 mins).
Coastal Beaches: Just 1.5 miles from the home’s front door you will hit Highway 60 (and easy access to Hwy 27). These two Highways offer quick and easy access to Florida’s East and West Coasts. You can choose the fun surf of the Atlantic or the calm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico.
