Enjoy breathtaking views of a small, tranquil lake from nearly every angle of the property. The large front patio offers a perfect spot to soak in the scenery, while the back patio, equipped with a firepit, is ideal for stargazing and cozy evenings.
Dive into a range of water activities with direct access to the lake. Take a swim, launch a kayak or paddle board, or relax on the pier with its lily pad and convenient steps leading into the water. The heated garage is a game room with a pool table, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. And when it's time to unwind, there are several Smart TV's to enjoy a movie.

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.
*This property is equipped with decibel and smoking (all types of smoking are prohibited) monitoring sensors located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with these devices.

No central air conditioning however, standalone AC unit is stored in closet with 2 portable fans, and ceiling fans (each bedroom) are provided
ATV, UTV, golf cart and tractor are owner's personal property and are not for guest use

Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• We supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
Surrounding Area:
Explore the beautiful surroundings on one of our provided bikes, or take a leisurely stroll into Scandinavia, where you'll find quaint shops, a delightful coffee house, and a playground for the kids.
The north and east borders of Silver Lake are a conservancy called Jorgen's Park Preserve with a pavilion and walking trails. There is trail access from the road approximately 1/3 mile down Lake Street (to the east). The southern end of the property connects to Tomorrow River Trail - a 28 mile trail made over old railroad tracks.
