This home is protected by MINUT Noise Monitor. A Noise level restriction is in place to protect our neighbour from anti-social behaviours. (There is a bedbound elderly man that sleeps downstairs on the other side of our wall). Any violations will lead to the reservation being cancelled, and with immediate eviction from the property.

2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
